Nous avons réussi ! Ce n’était pas simple, je dirais même que ce fut complexe, mais c’était sans compter avec la persévérance et la motivation de Christian, responsable de la médiathèque d’Erdeven et de moi-même ! Tentative numéro 1 : le salon du livre 2020. Nous prévoyons présence au salon et atelier d’imagination à l’école. Mais le virus nous fait un croche-pied de confinement et nous sommes contraints de repousser. Tentative numéro 2 : les nuits de la lecture 2021. Nous prévoyons un atelier d’imagination nocturne avec goûter sympathique à la médiathèque avec une dizaine d’enfants. Mais le virus nous fait un croche-patte couvre-feu nous obligeant à repousser. Tentative numéro 3 : atelier d’imagination (pour en savoir plus sur cet atelier autour du livre, voir page « Imaginez » ) à la médiathèque. Nous prévoyons l’atelier pour une dizaine d’enfants le samedi 30 janvier. Mais le virus tente encore le coup avec la réduction des jauges. Seulement 6 enfants pourront participer ! Non de non, nous ne renoncerons pas cette fois-ci ! Christian prépare tout, communique, de mon côté je m’arme de patience et de joie de mener enfin à bien cet atelier…
Peu importe le nombre tant qu’il y a l’imagination
Le samedi 30 est là et moi aussi. A la médiathèque tout est prêt pour nous accueillir mais 2 enfants ont renoncé le jour-même… Petite déception, mais au point où on en est, rien ne peut nous abattre ! Le premier enfant arrive quelque peu boudeur, inscrit par sa maman. Ce n’est pas grave, je suis vraiment ravie de pouvoir l’accueillir. Les 3 autres ensuite. Très vite, la parole se libère et l’imaginaire avec… L’histoire se construit avec enthousiasme, la moue devient sourire qui s’agrandit. Les illustrations prennent la suite et l’histoire de cet atelier est née !
Surprise à la salle de jeux vidéo
Face à deux garçons fans de Minecraft, le thème du jeu vidéo devient vite évident. Pas question pour autant d’utiliser les ficelles de ce jeu. On doit imaginer complètement notre histoire, sans emprunter l’inspiration ailleurs ou alors un tout petit peu. Finalement, Joshua, Mattéo, Klervi et Anaïs se propulsent dans un salon du jeu vidéo, ils sont alors emportés dans un jeu à travers un écran fissuré et devront trouver la sortie malgré les embûches d’un fantôme vengeur…
Vivement la prochaine
L’histoire est une aventure drôle et riche en rebondissements. Les enfants sont fiers de leur travail, Christian, leurs parents, les journalistes (voir l’article ci-dessous) et moi aussi. Quand à l’auteur en nherbe venu à reculons ? Il a finalement « adoré » ! 🙂 🙂 🙂 Quelques soucis techniques (il en fallait bien aussi ;p ) nous ont empêchés de la leur remettre de suite mais j’ai ainsi pu prendre le temps de lui offrir une petite mise en page.
C’était si agréable de se rencontrer, que c’est sûr, on recommencera. On croise juste les doigts pour que ce soit plus simple la prochaine fois 😉

In the UK at least, I suspect our efforts would be better directed towards universities. Our schools work in an environment that provides teachers with negligible scope to introduce new ideas. I really love the idea of it, but I have really struggled with motivating economic teachers to offer access to their students. It is possible with climate change, so should be possible with pluralistic economics. Armando Vosmus
